Woah, I fell hard!
Alright so...Obviously I blacked out for a while here. I haven't been running (have done some walking) and have only been taking around 80-90% of the pictures.I'd like to blame to intense schedule of the blog, my freelancing, and this damn eBook, but that's mostly just an excuse. I haven't began gorging myself, actually my diet hasn't changed much at all. But I've decided NOT to go back and try to piece these pictures together.It's weighing on my to-do list and I'm just going to purge it off. The point of this is to do it daily. To recap what I ate and have that micro-accountability. Not for me to go back and try to preserve things for 100% flawless journey. So, I'm going to try to buck up even though I haven't finished the eBook and get back on track!Here is November 7th here for us in New Zealand. Very typical day with only walking, no running:
