Today was a super long day! (And therefore has an extra meal it appears) ;-)I got up around 3 a.m. or so to work a little. The empty plate for breakfast was the last of the awesome vegetable burritos Courtney made several days ago. I had 1.5 plates for dinner (Courtney took an action shot as she accused me of trying to cheat on the second plate)! The cookies features are a low calorie oatmeal variety, with apples, honey, oats, and some other cool stuff. They are yummy.I also ran 1.5 miles today in around 16 minutes. My side cramp made me double over in pain this time, so I had to stop at the 1.5 mark. I was going to try to shoot for 2 again, but couldn't quite make it! Hopefully the cramp was a fluke (at least to the point where I had to double over). :-)
